In the context of the PubFlow project we are currently working on a provenance archive to store the provenance information collected by the PubFlow framework. This project is build upon the W3C ProvO notation. To store the provenance information we created an EMF representation of the W3C ProvO model and build an API around it, so users and developers can easily interact with the archive.
At the moment we are switching the persistence layer of the archive, away from a file based system to a graph database persistence layer. Therefore we are creating a tool chain, that can be used to enhance EMF models so they can be mapped and stored in a neo4j graph database.
You can download the Archive at the "Getting the Software" page.
